"I purchased my condo insurances since 2019 here. The communication was good and smooth at first a couple of years. Till this year 2025, I received the renewal email (which is always 20 days later than the expiration date) and I replied ‘I won’t continue the policy.’ No body replied and contacted me. Then in 2 months, I received another bill saying I have to pay an extra month coverage. Tried to communicate over the phone and they said they ASSUMED I still need the coverage since I didn’t sell the property yet and I have to pay it even though they admitted it’s the communication error. So, go ahead if you want them to make decisions for you. Otherwise, please avoid it if you don’t want to pay for their communication error."
